What exactly does "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" mean?

We provide a 10-day no-questions-asked return and exchange/refund policy for all orders if you're not satisfied with your purchase! No worries if you missed the 10-day guarantee window. Within the specified duration, we will offer one-time replacement under our six-month warranty. We'll work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

What is the procedure for the product warranty?

All Members who purchase OMGCASE products from our website are covered by a 6-month warranty, with the exception of screen protectors, camera lens protectors, phone ropes, AirPods cases, and apparel. If your item(s) develop a fault within six months of the date of original purchase, contact us with a brief explanation of the problem and a photo or video clearly demonstrating the defect, and we will arrange for a one-time replacement of the same product at no charge during the warranty term. If your product(s) are out of stock or discontinued, a comparable alternative can be offered in their place. Our guarantee does not apply to any other products besides OMGCASE products (such as smartphones, tablets, etc.). OMGCASE retains control of the ultimate judgments.

Do you offer a guarantee that covers all defects?

Most product problems that occur are covered by our warranty. It does not, however, cover degradation or any faults brought on by normal age or scratches brought on by the product's usual wear and tear. At our sole discretion, OMGCASE maintains the right to verify any submitted warranty claims or change warranty terms.

Can I still use the warranty if my order was a gift from a friend?

Only the account user of the placed order is eligible to make a warranty claim. Hence, the guarantee can only be claimed by your friend.

Can I ask for a different product as my warranty replacement?

Unless the original item is discontinued or out of stock, we can only supply the exact same product as the original order as a replacement.
